We just have to thank you for all of your hard work in getting our house sold. I will never forget walking into your office on that cold, dreary morning, feeling like our house would never sell...Forlorn is the best word to describe how I was feeling that grey morning. I was beginning to lose hope and felt frustrated and had no answers. Yet, on that busy morning you not only took time out of your day to listen to me (a complete stranger), but, actually sat down with me and let me go on and on with the problem we were having with our current realtor.

Though sincerely empathetic to my problem, you were the consumate professional and never judged the situation nor the realtor I had been working with.
